Steve Elliott, Senior VP Western Canada of Pathway Asset Management will present the structure and tax implications of this product.  We are privileged to have Bill Koenig, portfolio manager, to present the investment vehicles.  He was an early pioneer in the process of institutional investing in small cap companies.  Mr. Koenig is the investment manager for all of Pathway Mining and Oil and Gas partnerships.  He was the Chief Investment Officer of the Norrep Funds (Hesperian Capital) and helped oversee the growth of capital from 70M to over 800M in a four year period. He has over 20 years experience in the resource sector.
